Gabriel’s Graphix — Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Gabriel’s Graphix (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, submitting an order, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

Gabriel’s Graphix provides custom screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, decals, signage, design services, and related products. Due to the custom nature of our work, certain policies differ from standard retail practices.

2. Custom Work & Order Approval

2.1 Artwork & Proofs

• All custom orders require proof approval before production.
• Proof approval confirms spelling, placement, sizing, and colors.
• Once approved, the order is final and cannot be changed.

2.2 Final Sale Policy

• Custom products (screen printing, embroidery, DTF, signage, decals, apparel with names/numbers) are final sale.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued for custom-made items unless due to an error on our part.

3. Payment Terms

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless stated otherwise in writing.
• We may require a deposit on large, specialty, or rush orders.
• Unpaid invoices may delay production and delivery timelines.

4. Turnaround Times

• Standard turnaround is generally 5–10 business days after payment and artwork approval.
• Rush processing may be available for an additional fee.
• Turnaround times may vary due to seasonality or supply chain delays.
• Turnaround begins only once payment and proof approval are both complete.

5. Customer-Supplied Garments/Materials

Customer-supplied garments are accepted at your own risk. We are not responsible for:

• Misprints on customer-provided garments
• Fabric issues, defects, or shrinkage
• Incompatibility with inks, materials, or machinery
• Replacing or reimbursing garments we did not supply

If a misprint occurs on customer-supplied garments, no refunds or replacements are issued.

6. Quality & Color Disclaimer

• Colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to screen and material differences.
• Minor variations in placement, print consistency, and color matching are normal for custom printing.
• Exact PMS color matching is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Local Pickup

7.1 Shipping

• Shipping timelines depend on carriers and are beyond our control.
• Gabriel’s Graphix is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others.
• Lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be claimed through the shipping carrier.

7.2 Local Pickup

• You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
• Orders should be picked up within a reasonable time frame.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our full Return & Refund Policy applies. In summary:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items caused by our error.
• Custom items are final sale after approval.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

9. DTF Transfer Rules & Policies

• DTF transfers are printed exactly as submitted.
• No artwork cleanup is performed unless a design fee is paid.
• Gang sheets must be submitted at actual print size in PNG format.
• We are not responsible for low-resolution artwork or improper pressing techniques.
• No refunds for peeling, cracking, or misapplication caused by user error.

10. Graphic Design Services

• Design services are offered only for customers ordering printing.
• We do not offer stand-alone design services.
• Design fees are non-refundable once work begins.
• Artwork remains property of Gabriel’s Graphix unless a buyout fee is paid.

11. Intellectual Property

• You confirm that any artwork provided does not violate copyrights or trademarks.
• You assume full liability for artwork you request us to print.
• We may refuse printing copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.

12. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before proof approval and before payment is processed.
• After payment OR approval, orders cannot be cancelled.

13. Website Usage

• You agree not to misuse forms, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not copy or redistribute our designs, photos, or content without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

Gabriel’s Graphix is not responsible for:

• Customer mistakes regarding sizes, colors, or order details
• Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or external factors
• Loss of profit or business disruptions
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care of products

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
