Gabriel’s Graphix — Return & Refund Policy

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers returns, exchanges, and refund requests for physical products (e.g., printed shirts, hoodies, hats, decals, signage, merchandise) and, where relevant, services (e.g., design work, proofs, mockups).

Because many of our products are custom-made to order (such as custom screen printing, DTF transfers, embroidery, and signage), some items may be considered final sale or subject to specific return/exchange rules outlined below.

2. Return / Exchange / Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Eligible for Return / Exchange / Refund

We will consider returns, exchanges, or refunds only if one or more of the following conditions are met:

  • Defective, damaged, or misprinted items — including mis-registration on screen prints, incorrect print placement, printing defects, or damage incurred before delivery.
  • Order does not match the approved proof or customer’s final approval — if what was delivered is significantly different from the final approved mock-up / proof.
  • Incorrect items shipped — wrong item, wrong size, wrong quantity, or major error on our end.

Not Eligible for Return / Exchange / Refund

Returns, exchanges, or refunds generally will not be accepted if:

  • The item was custom-ordered per your specifications and was produced correctly (e.g., custom designs, custom colors, names/numbers, specific garment styles, etc.).
  • The damage, wear, or defect occurred after delivery (e.g., improper washing or drying, normal wear and tear, stains, or misuse).
  • The request is made outside of the policy time window (see Section 3).
  • You approved the proof and the finished product matches that approval.
  • You changed your mind, no longer want the items, or ordered the wrong size or quantity for a custom order that was produced correctly.

3. Timeframe & How to Request a Return / Exchange / Refund

  • All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
  • To initiate a claim, contact Gabriel’s Graphix by phone or email (we do not handle order issues via social media DMs).
  • Please provide your order number, date of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing any defect, misprint, or mismatch (if applicable).
  • If a return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or arranging local drop-off/pickup as appropriate.

4. Refund / Exchange Options & Processing

If your return/exchange request is approved, Gabriel’s Graphix may offer one or more of the following options, depending on the situation and at our discretion:

  • Full refund — for defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, refunded to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval.
  • Replacement / reprint — if the error is on our end, we will re-make your item at no additional cost and notify you when it is ready for pickup or shipment.
  • Store credit or exchange — in some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange item (subject to product availability and eligibility).
  • Partial refund — if returned items show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or do not meet “like-new” condition, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.

If an exchange is requested, any difference in price between the original product and the replacement will be handled at the time the exchange is processed.

5. Exceptions & Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of custom work, many items are considered final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Custom screen-printed apparel with specific artwork, names, or numbers
  • Custom DTF transfers and gang sheets
  • Custom embroidered items
  • Custom signage, banners, decals, and specialty prints
  • Custom design services, proofs, or artwork files once work has begun

Once you have approved your proof, your order is considered final. Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or ordering the wrong size/quantity will not be accepted for these final sale items.

6. Display & Communication of This Policy

  • This Return & Refund Policy is available on our website and may be linked in the footer, cart, and checkout pages.
  • Key points from this policy may also be included in order confirmation emails and invoices.
  • For local customers, a printed summary of this policy may be posted in-store near the checkout area.

Gabriel’s Graphix is committed to providing high-quality custom printing and excellent customer service. While custom work cannot always be returned, we will always strive to be fair and reasonable if something does not meet expectations due to an error on our part.
